Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us. We will issue a refund immediately for the full amount minus the small credit card/paypal transaction fee.
Delivery Issues
Shipping/Delivery Errors or Damage; Missing, Damaged, or Unsatisfactory Product
Our goal is to ship your order accurately and for it to arrive in good condition. Trees and plants should be ready to plant when they arrive. However, accidents sometimes happen. If your delivery is damaged during shipping, is missing product, or contains damaged or unsatisfactory products, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will make it right! We will send you a replacement if possible, or if not, refund you the full purchase price of the item.
Our plants are shipped in a state of dormancy without leaves. These plants are generally less susceptible to transplant shock and have excellent planting success. If you have questions or concerns, please click here for more info on bare root trees.
1 Year Survival Guarantee
We believe in the quality of our trees and we stand by them with a one-year guarantee. We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase. If your tree dies despite your best effort to care for it I can refund you. In order to receive a refund you must confirm that you have read and put into practice our planting guidelines. You must also perform a scratch test and send me a picture of the scratch test. After this I will refund you.
To perform a scratch test, simply use your fingernail and scratch a small part of the bark away. Underneath the bark you will find the cambium. If the cambium is green, the tree is alive. If it is not green, the tree is dead.
Please note that our trees arrive to you in a dormant state and it can sometimes take weeks for them to leaf out, especially long for certain species such as persimmons.
To receive your refund, please Email Us. include confirmation that you planted the trees properly and include a photo of the scratch test.
